Research On Compilation And Application Of "Emotional And Behavioral Response Scale Of Chronic Psychological Stress" For Population In The Minority Areas

Objective1, To explore preliminarily "chronic psychological stress’s emotional and behavioral reaction scale" in the ethnic minority areas.2, To understand the situation of chronic psychological stress in the ethnic minority areas of Nandan, identify common chronic stressors in the ethnic minority areas of Nandan and to analyze the risk factors of chronic stress and mediation factors.Methods1, The way of stratified cluster sampling method was adopted,210 people of Yao nationality,210 people of Zhuang nationality and 210 people of Han nationality were selected by random cluster sampling.2, The scale was evaluated by the ways of project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory analysis, etc.3, " Emotional and Behavioral Response Scale of Chronic Psychological Stress" and "Life Event Scale" were used by one to one in the field.Results1,Explore "Emotional and Behavioral Response Scale of Chronic Psychological Stress"(1) After making the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis, the scale have 19 questions including depression factor (C10, C18, C19, C20, C23,), anxiety factor (C11, C12, C13), somatization (C1, C3, C4, C5, C6), and positive coping factor (D3, D4, D5, D7, D8, D9).(2) By making factorial authentication method, we found that all indicators of the behavioral of the scale model of chronic stress achieve the desired value after the establishment of pulling the residual relevant model, so we removed D7, D8, forming " Emotional and Behavioral Response Scale of Chronic Psychological Stress ", which have 17 questions.2, Survey the emotion and behavovior of chronic psychological stress and analysis its influencing factors in Nandan minority areas(1) On the anxiety factor, Bai Ku Yao is different from Han and Zhuang,and, the difference was statistically significant (P= 0.008, P= 0.022), On the positive response, Han is different from Bai Ku Yao and Zhuang,and, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.006, P= 0.002).(2) In the multiple linear analysis, the anxiety factor, somatization, family life events, work and study events, social events and other issues affect the depression factor. Depression factor, somatization, sleep quality and social and other affecting events affect anxiety factor. Anxiety factor, depression factor, smoking, family life events and sleep quality affect somatization factor. Income, education level and the number of weekly physical activity affect positive response.(3)In the path analysis, the anxiety factor was partial intermediary role in family life events and depression factor, social and other events and depression factor. Sleep quality was partial intermediary role in depression and anxiety factor factor, depression and somatization factor in. Education play a partial intermediary role in monthly income of family and positive response.Conclusions1,The "Emotional and Behavioral Response Scale of Chronic Psychological Stress"has four factors including anxiety factor, depression factor, somatization, a positive response factor, which have 17 questions.2,On the anxiety factor, Bai Ku Yao is different from Han and Zhuang.On the positive response, Han is different from Bai Ku Yao and Zhuang.3,Anxiety factor, depression factor, somatization, social events and other issues, family life events, work and study events, smoking, the number of weekly physical activity, sleep quality, family income, education level were influencing factors of the emotional and behavioral response of chronic psychological stress.4,The anxiety factor, the quality of sleep and education play a partial intermediary role in emotional and behavioral response of chronic psychological stress.
