Objective:In the long-time cinical practice Yunnan province’s famous doctor of TCM Li Qing-sheng professor selected, the classical presoription “Yu Pin Feng Powder” whose main function is strengthening Qi as the foundation.Added stasis drugs or herbs(notoginseng, rhizoma zedoariae) and eliminating phlegm herbs(white mulberry, zhejiang fritillary, white mustard seed) to compose a series of Yu Pin Feng’s added.In the treatment of COPD airway remodeling has obtained the better curative effect. Based on the previous previous research has been preliminary confirmed that “Yi Qi Huo Xue” method have a regulatory role in the process of COPD Airway remodeling model rats. Meamwhice observed Yu Pin Feng addes’ s influence upon the cells of COPD airway remodeling, MMP-9、TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 revealed the regulating mechanism of COPD airway remodeling. Methods:1. Adopt the method of passive smoking with endotracheal injection of LPS, copy the model rats of remodeling COPD airway.2. Drug lavage intervention model rats, the preparation of bronchial lung tissue pathological dyeing observation bronchial lung tissue of rats after morphological changes and statistical analysis; With double antibody sandwich ELISA method to detect the cytokines in the BALF of the MMP-9、TIMP-1 and,TGF-β1 the expression of level and statistical analysis. Results:1. The lung tissue pathological HE staining resultsModel group rats bronchial mucosa epithelial shedding, edema, cilia lodging, adhesion, missing; Bronchial wall around a large number of alveolar macrophages and neutrophils infiltration; Smooth muscle cell proliferation, lumen narrowed; Alveolar space expanded significantly, alveolar walls fracture merging into pulmonary bullae, clearly visible emphysema, copy success shows that model.2. Each group of cells in rat BALF factor MMP-9、TIMP-1 and TGF-β1, the change of expressionModel group rats in the BALF cell factor, MMP-9 、 TIMP-1 and TGF-β1expression level increased significantly(P < 0.05), yupinfeng flavored high, middle dose can cut its cytokines MMP-9、TIMP-1 and TGF-β1, the expression of level, compared with the model group with statistical difference(P < 0.05). Yupinfeng flavored party low doses of cytokines, MMP-9、TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 expression level cut effect is not obvious, no statistical differences compared with model group. Conclusions:1. Yu Pin Feng added can delay the COPD airway remodeling lesions, one of its intervention mechanism of action of COPD airway remodeling is through the airway local cytokines MMP-9、TIMP-1 and TGF-β1, the regulation of expression.2. Yu Pin Feng added side on the regulation of COPD airway remodeling presents certain dose-effect relationship, the adjustment effect is most obvious in high dose group.
