The data about dental fear gathered from 300 valid questionnaires was analyzed with Chi-squared test and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis. Results:The survey showed that 203 out of 300 children suffered from DF; The result of chi-square test showed the age and one child were statistically differences compared with DF and NDF;The result of multi-factor analysis showed that the age of child had a significant differences association with DF.Conclusion:The age and one child are the two factors which have the greatest influence to the incidence of DF in children, infancy age is the most important influence factors of DF in children showed that the age of child had a significant differences association with DF.PART 2 THE INVESTIGATION OF PARENTAL ACCEPTANCE LEVEL TO BWHAVIOR MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES USED IN PEDIATRIC DENTISTRYPurpose:To investigate questionnaire the parental acceptance level to dental behavior management (DBM)used in pediatric dentistry and explore the affected factors. Methods:A total of 300 children’parents who bring there child to see dentists were sampled by using a questionnaire which including parent’s gender, age, education level and family’s incomes, and also investigate their acceptance rate to five behavior management techniques(tell-shou-do,voice control, passive restraint, sedation, general anesthesia).Using visual analogue scale(VAS) to judge the acceptance level of each parents.
