Objective:It is to explorethe effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) onanxiety, depression, and quality of life in patients with cardiac arrhythmias. Methods:Application PHQ-9, GAD-7 and SF-36 scale for in July to December,2014, The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University cardiovascular internal medicine arrhythmias in patients with a questionnaire before and after RFCA.Application SPSS 17.0 software was adopted for the data descriptive analysis, including chi-square testand multivariate linear regression analysis.Results:(1)130 patients with cardiac arrhythmias,74males,56 females. <30 years old,27cases; 30 to 60 years old:86 cases;<60 years old:17 cardiac; RFCA preoperative, male, the female patients with depression, anxiety, and the incidence of no significant difference.(2):Arrhythmia patients RFCA preoperative PHQ-9 and GAD-7 score spearman correlation analysis:r=0.723, P<0.001, preoperative anxiety and depression score significantly correlated. (3): Different types of arrhythmia RFCA preoperative patients with depression, anxiety and incidence of a disease:Group A:atrial fibrillation and flutter; Group B:frequent premature ventricular and ventricular tachycardia; Group C:Atrio ventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia and Atrio ventricular reentrant tachycardia. Preoperative 3 set of depression and anxiety score and the incidence of depression and anxiety no statistical difference (4):RFC A preoperative and postoperative incidence of depression and anxiety:Preoperative depression score mean (6.1), the incidence of depression (57.69%) were higher than (4.637, 42.3%) after the operation, P<0.05。 Preoperative and postoperative mean anxiety, anxiety incidence is no statistical significance (5.631、 48.5% vs 4.346、 40%).(5):The Pre-operative depression and anxiety co-existence rate were39.2%. the post-operative depression and anxiety co-existence rate were 31.5%.the pre and post depression and anxiety co-existence rate were all of statistically significance (P< 0.05).(6):Arrhythmias in patients with preoperative and postoperative quality of life all dimensions within the group has significant difference (P<0.05).Postoperative quality of life scores higher than that of preoperative. The main factors influencing the patients quality of life score for preoperative and postoperative anxiety and depression scores. Conclusions:RFC A can significantly improve cardiac arrhythmias in patients with anxiety and depression, Improve the life quality of patients; Significant correlation between depression and anxiety, which are the important factors influencing the arrhythmia patients quality of life.
