Objectives:To dectect the use of the treatment of intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF in patients with thin endometrium by observing and analyzing the influence of endometrial thickness, pattern of endometrium and the uterine blood flow.Methods:A total of thirty women with thin endometrium who had the endometrium less than 7 mm by treated with an artificial cycle project in two or more cycles are to accept the FET treatment They will be treated with the same artificial cycle project, as well as perfused with G-CSF by intrauterine approach on Day 13th(D13)、Day 16th(D16)。Measure the endometrial thickness, pattern of endometrium and the uterine blood flow、serum E2 level and blood routine before intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF on D13、D16、D19. To compare the following indicators:1.the endometrial thickness on D13、D16、D19 in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF and the prior cycle。2.the serum E2 level on D13、D16、D19 in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF and the prior cycle。3.the pattern of endometrium (A pattern、B pattern、C pattern) on D13、 D16、D19 in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF 4. the pattern of the under the endometrial blood flow (Ⅰ pattern Ⅱ pattern Ⅲ pattern) on D13、 D19 in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF 5.the uterine artery and endometrial blood flow index of RI、PI、S/D, on D13、D16、D19 in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF。6.the routine blood before and after Intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF.Results:1. The comparison of endometrial thickness:to compare endometrial thickness on D13、D16、D19 in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF and the prior cycle respectively, both of the differences of endometrial thickness on D13、D16, have no statistical significances(p>0.05)。the difference of endometrial thickness on D19 has statistical significances(p<0.05)。To Compare the endometrial thickness on D13 with D16、D19 respectively in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF, the difference of endometrial thickness on D16 has no statistical significances(p>0.05)。the difference on D19 has statistical significances(p<0.05).2. the comparison of serum E2 level:to compare the serum E2 level on D13、D19 in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF and the prior cycle respectively, both of the differences of serum E2 level on D13、D19, have no statistical significances(p>0.05)。compare the serum E2 level on D13 with D19 in the cycle Intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF, the difference has statistical significances(p<0.05).3. the comparison of the pattern of endometrium (A pattern、B pattern、C pattern):compare the pattern of endometrium (A pattern、B pattern、C pattern) on D13 with D16、 D19 in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF respectively, both of the differences have no statistical significances(p>0.05)。4. the comparison of the pattern of the under the endometrial blood flow (Ⅰ pattern Ⅱ pattern Ⅲ pattern):to compare of the pattern of the Under the endometrial blood flow on D13with D16、D19 in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF, the difference on D16 has no statistical significances(p>0.05), while the difference on D16 has statistical significances(p<0.05).5.the comparison of the uterine artery and endometrial blood flow index of RI、PI、S/D:to compare of the uterine artery on D13 withD16、D19 in the cycle intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF respectively, all of the difference of the index of RI、PI、S/D have no statistical significances(p>0.05); to compare of the endometrial blood flow index of RI、PI、S/D on D13 withD16、D19 in the cycle Intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF respectively, the difference on D16 has no statistical significances (p>0.05); the difference on D19 has statistical significances(p<0.05).6. the comparison of the routine blood before and after intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF:to compare the change of the leukocytes、neutrophil percentage、 platelets In the peripheral blood before and after intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF respectivelyall of the difference has no statistical significances(p>0.05)。Conclusions:1. Intrauterine perfusion with G-CSF as well as prepraring endometrium with the artificial cycle project contribute to the treatment of patients with thin endometrium, while it may increase the endometrial blood flow。2.
