| Objective: To analyze the influence of small doses nalmefence for patients with OSAHS after UPPP.Methods: 60 patients with OSAHS in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and treatment group, which were both received UPPP. The control group were received normal saline, and the treatment group were received nalmefence(0.2ug/kg). Oxygen desaturation index of 4(ODI4), percentage of total sleep time with Sp O2<90%(CT90) were analyzed 2-4h after surgery and time between 22 pm and 6 am next day. Time between drug withdrawal and sobriety, time between drug withdrawal and tube drawing were analyzed. VAS and Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS) were analyzed 2h(T1), 6h(T2), 12h(T3) and 24h(T4) after surgery. MAP and HR were analyzed 30min(T0), 2h(T1), 6h(T2), 12h(T3) and 24h(T4) after surgery.Results: The MAP, HR, VAS, BCS levels and the incidence rates of agitation, delirium, chills, nausea and vomiting between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). The sobriety time, tube drawing time, ODI4 level and CT90 level of treatment group were significantly lower than these of control group(P<0.05). The ODI4 level and CT90 level of the two groups after surgery were significantly lower than these before surgery.Conclusion: Using small doses nalmefence after UPPP is effective. The sobriety time and tube drawing time are lowed,the postoperative hypoxemia is reduced.And the analgesic effect and hemodynamics are not influenced. |
