Objective: To explore the relation between GDF-15 gene polymorphism position rs1058587 and acute myocardial infarction through measuring the GDF-15 serum level and gene polymorphism position +2438C/G:rs1058587 gene polymorphism of the patients who suffer from acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and non coronary heart disease(NCHD), providing a basis for the prevention and prognostic evaluation of acute myocardial infarction.Method: Acute myocardial infarction group and non coronary heart disease group were chosen as the research object, clinical data was collected, blood glucose, UA, creatinine, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, GDF-15 serum level were measured and gene polymorphic analysis was carried out on GDF-15 gene polymorphism position+2438C/G: rs1058587. All ststistical analyses were performed by SPSS 22.0 software, and P value<0.05 was considered ststistically significant.Results:1 General features of acute myocardial infarction group and non coronary heart disease group192 patients(of Han nationality) were selected as the research objects, whoreceived coronary arteriography examinations. Among them, there are acutemyocardial infarction group(n=120, male: 70, female: 50), which includes ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction and non-ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction, and non coronary heart disease group(n=72, male: 35, female: 37). From the comparison between the biochemical criterions of acute myocardial infarction group and the group of the patients whose coronary arteriography examinations turned out to be normal, statistically significant differences were found between the patients’ ages and smoking, Glu, TC, TG, LDL-C levels. The acute myocardial infarction group suffered higher incidences of hypertension and diabetes, but the difference was not statistically significant.2 Comparison of acute myocardial infarction and non coronary heart disease group GDF-15 levels. The trials of acute myocardial infarction group GDF-15 serum levels: 1754.6 ± 437.1ng/l, serum levels of NCHD group: 685 ± 221.5ng/l, GDF-15 levels were measured in patients with acute myocardial infarction group showed significantly higher than CHD, and statistically significant.3 Polymorphism typing of GDF-15 gene polymorphism loci+2438C/G:rs1058587 of acute myocardial infarction group and non coronary heart disease groupPolymorphism typing of GDF-15 gene polymorphism loci+2438C/G:rs1058587 included OO, CC, CG, GG, product sizes involved 65/C, 68/G. In acute myocardial infarction group, there were 10 patients with OO type, 12 with CC type, 40 with CG and 58 with GG; in NCHD group, there were 6 with OO type, 6 with CC type, 26 with CG type and 34 with GG type. No statistically significant difference was found between two groups.Conclusions:1 Through comparing the general features, biochemical criterions of acute myocardial infarction group and non coronary heart disease group, statistically significant differences were found between the patients’ ages and smoking, Glu, TC, TG, LDL-C levels. Such result conforms to current epidemiological researches. The incidence of MI increases with age, and its occurrence is related to smoking and dyslipidemia. Acute myocardial infarction group suffers higher incidences of hypertension and diabetes, but the difference is not statistically significant. On the current research situation, the study may be due to the number of cases is not enough relevant.2 The serum level of GDF-15 of acu te myocardial infarction group was significantly higher than that of non coronary heart disease group, with statistically significant difference, which indicated obvious correlation of increase of serum level of GDF-15 with acute myocardial infarction and GDF-15 as an indicator to predict myocardial infarction has certain value of application.3 Polymorphism typing of GDF-15 gene polymorphism loci+2438C/G:rs1058587 of acute myocardial infarction group and non coronary heart disease groupPolymorphism typing of GDF-15 gene polymorphism loci+2438C/G:rs1058587 included OO, CC, CG, GG, product sizes involved 65/C, 68/G. In acute myocardial infarction group, there were 10 patients with OO type, 12 with CC type, 40 with CG and 58 with GG; in NCHD group, there were 6 with OO type, 6 with CC type, 26 with CG type and 34 with GG type. No statistically significant difference was found between two groups, which showed gene polymorphism loci + 2438 c/G: rs1058587 of GDF-15 was not correlated with acute myocardial infarction. |
