| Objective:Post-thromboticsyndrome(PTS)was a disease that was cause by deep venous thrombosis(DVT),and it was a chronic venous insufficiency disease.The Main clinical manifestation show was evidently limb swelling, pain, shallow varicose veins, skin changes(pigmentation, eczema), etc.Serious venous ulcer can occur and not easy to heal. Because there was an upward trend in incidence of DVT, PTS also gradually increased.PTS occured in lower limbs.There were lack of effective approaches for the prevention and treatment in clinical practice, because its mechanism of disease had not been elucidated completely.How to choose the suitable treatment method was the complex problem of vascular surgery.Treatment of the disease at home and abroad, there was no ideal solution.Drugs, surgery, interventional treatment method were usually the main treatment in clinic.But the traditional cut thrombus extraction had its weaknesses,such as the big traumatic, the higher relapse rate of thrombosis, the thrombosis of postoperative complications,etc.So it had not been widely implement in clinic.There were several ways of non-surgical treatment,for example, raising the limb during break time,wearing stretch hose or elastic bandage compression bandage when sports,anti-freezing and Chinese herbal medicine.Non-surgical treatment of the method was simple and feasible and effective,it was also effective in patients with had formed ulcer treatments.How to treat PTS effectively is not only the major problem in western medicine,it has also been a hot topics of discussion in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.This topic would be combined use of several therapies, and the emphasizing in the study was the treatment that air pressure wave combined Chinese herbal medicine outside washing.We hoped to create a new path for the treatment of PTS and provided the reliable basis for the clinic.Methods: Study case all from hebei medical university hospital in hebei province hospital surgical collection PTS patients were diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound of 90 cases of chronic patients.PTS patients were randomly divided into The air pressure wave with traditional Chinese medicine wash-out treatment group, the air pressure wave in treatment group and medicines wash-out are three group, Specific as follows:The air pressure wave with traditional Chinese medicine wash-out treatment group take orally: Using the medicines(prescription bags made of medicament in 400 ml, 2 times daily, 21 for a period of treatment) with air pressure wave therapy(treatment time for each 30 min, once a day, 21 for a period of treatment).
