Objective: In recent years, there are more researches on the mild cognitive impairment. And there is more and more attention with trauma on cognition. There is less study with early trauma on the effects of mild cognitive impairment. It is worth to be discussed that if event-related potentias can be early diagnosed with MCI. It is worth discussing that the relatoingship between early trauma and the mild cognitive impairment in the elderly. This paper is to discuss the influence of early traumatic experience on mild cognitive impairment, the relatoingship between event-related potentials mild cognitive impairment and mild cognitive impairment with early traumatic experience. According to SPSS13.0 Software, the enumeration data were analyzed by Chi-square test and the ranked data were analyzed by nonparametric test. Finally, the related factors were analyzed by regression. Methods: Total of 30 cases over 60 years old,who were randomly selected from MCI database from 2009 to 2010 in Shijiazhuang city community, and 30 healthy cases control group. Age, sex, level of education, occupation of two group were matched. Into a set of standard diagnostic criteria such as:(1) Conform to the Petersen;(2) 60 more years;(3) Cooperate to complete the cognitive function of inspectors;(4) Voluntary, follow the principle of informed consent.(5) All of the participants are right-handed, eyesight is normal or corrected vision. Two groups of objects use: Montreal cognitive scale(Mo CA), mini-mental state examination(MMSE), clinical dementia rating scale(CDR) to complete the overall assessment of cognitive function; Childhood trauma questionnaire(CTQ-SF), adulthood life events questionnaire completed a traumatic event evaluation; The determination of event related potential N200, P300 on complete brain electrophysiology. According to SPSS13.0 Software, the enumeration data were analyzed by Chi-square test and the ranked data were analyzed by nonparametric test. Finally, the related factors were analyzed by regression.Results:1 The overall cognitive function assessment: mild cognitive dysfunction in patients with age, sex, education match compared to normal group, patients with MCI the MMSE score decreased significantly(P < 0.01) and Mo CA score significantly reduced(P < 0.01), Mo CA is given priority to with delayed memory, visual space damage; MCI group of MMSE score and Mo CA score lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant. Experimental group and control group of Mo CA scores were lower than MMSE, difference was statistically significant, and Mo CA in cognitive impairment score project more accurately assess cognitive project of concrete damage.2 Two groups of objects of childhood trauma questionnaire of emotional abuse, body ignore and CTQ total score difference was statistically significant(z respectively 2.86, 3.19, 3.51; P< 0.01); Cofactor points and adult life events questionnaire score no statistical significance(P > 0.05).3 Two groups of objects of ERP and the results show that the MCI group Cz points, Pz P300 and N200 incubation period significantly longer than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), MCI group Cz points, Pz N200 and P300 amplitude significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Fz P300 and N200 latency and amplitude difference had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).4 The Spearman correlation analysis of single factor, the results showed the body ignore and CTQ score and Fz points N200, Pz N200 incubation period were positively correlated(P < 0.01), and negatively correlated with P z point P300 amplitude(P < 0.01). Event related potential P300, N200 and early wound body ignored and total scores of CTQ has good correlation, and can be used as a reaction to early trauma of cognitive impairment in patients with mild cognitive impairment elderly neural electrophysiological indicator.Conclusions:1 A screening for MCI patients, Mo CA sensitive than the MMSE, Mo CA is more suitable for screening patients with MCI.2 Experience of early traumatic event MCI patients are more likely to be delayed memory decline, inattention of cognitive impairment;3 ERP N200, P300 can be used as early screening tool for MCI patients;4 ERP P300, N200 can be used as a reaction to early traumatic event of cognitive impairment in patients with MCI neural electrophysiological indicator.
