Significance Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is due to lumbar disc nucleus pulposus from protruding rupture lumbar nerve root compression of a common disease caused by low back pain. In recent years, with the wide spread of computers and a long desk work, etc., the incidence of lumbar disc herniation increased year by year, and the high relapse rate, and therefore seek more effective treatment is of great significance. In this study, the late establishment of lumbar disc herniation exercise therapy-based treatment in a way that guide the operation and suspension of the use of lumbar motion therapy combined with massage therapy, aimed at adjusting the spine and exogenous balance, improve spinal stability and thus greatly reduce the recurrence rate of lumbar disc herniation. Objective Through the research of clinical randomized control method study the movement therapy for the clinical effects of paracmastic and convalescent patients with lumbar disc herniation remission and the effect on lumbar extensor group function, for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation to seek a more simple and effective treatment which can reduce the relapserate.Method 60 cases of lumbar which conform to the diagnosis inclusion , exclusion standard discherniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,30 patients in treated group using sling exercise therapy, direct operation of waist and regular Tuina manipulation,30 patients in control group only using regular Tuina manipulation. Two groups were treated every other day, a total of 10 treatments. The treatment effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment were evaluated by "Standards of TCM syndrome diagnosis efficacy"、VAS(Visual Analogue Score)、JOA(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores)and Spinal function test evaluation training system (Tergumed),and comparison of follow-up scores after 3 months, and statistical analysis was performedusing SPSS 13.0 software.Result 1.After a course of treatment,The two group compared before and after treatment were significantly different on the clinical efficacy, JOA scale and VAS score (P>0.05),prompt that The treatment group and the control group were treated effectively. After treatment between two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).2.3 months after treatment were observed in follow-up, recurrence rate, JOA scale (ADL)and VAS score between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05) .Prompt that after 3 months of follow-up, the clinical effect of treatment group was superior to the control group, and the recurrence rate of treatment group is lower than that of control group.3.Lumbar activity in Tergumed detection, two group have significant difference before and after the treatment (P<0.05),prompt that The treatment group and the control group were treated effectively. The two groups after treatment there was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05);In the back extensor muscle strength, two group have significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05),after the treatment in the two groups had significant difference between group comparison(P<0.05),prompt that the treatment group and the control group were treated effectively,The treatment group for low back extensor muscle strength is better than the control group. Conclusion 1.After a course of treatment, exercise therapy combined with massage therapy and simple massage therapy on improving symptoms and signswere of paracmastic and convalescent patients with lumbar disc herniation and ease have obvious curative effect; and exercise therapy combined with massage therapy for the waist back extensor group strength improved better than simple massage therapy.2.In follow-up after 3 months, whether in the relapse rate, JOA scale or VAS score, exercise therapy combined with massage therapy was better than simple massage therapy.illustrate that exercise therapy combined with massage therapy in reducing patient waist pain, improve the daily life ability of control action and recurrence rate were better than the simple massage therapy.
