| Objective Evaluation of patients with middle cerebral artery collateralcirculation condition, to further explore the middle cerebral artery stenosisrelated factors and their influence on the prognosis. Methods Select hospitalized patients by brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) diagnosed with unilateral middlecerebral artery-severe stenosis (which is responsible vessels) of60patientswith acute cerebral infarction, using transcranial Doppler (TCD) assessment ofcollateral circulation, select the collateral circulation open group and not open30patients in each group,to analysis correlation of the patient related factorsand NIHSS score. Results Middle cerebral artery stenosis in patients with acute cerebralinfarction of collateral circulation open group and not opened stroke scale(NIHSS) scores was statistically significant (P <0.05);Its collateralcirculation open with coronary heart disease, age, diabetes, smoking, drinkingno correlation (P>0.05), and hypertension, hyperlipidemia, high homocysteinelevels were correlated (OR=0.145,0.226,6.507, P <0.05).Conclusions Middle cerebral artery stenosis establishment of collateralcirculation and open with a variety of ischemic cerebrovascular disease riskfactors have a certain relevance. |
