| Objectives To find an operatively convenient and effective surgical treatment with lesstrauma through comparing surgical effects, postoperative pain score, operation time, intraoperative blood loss between two surgical treatment in dealing with aboveRockwood III type acromioclavicular joint dislocation. To find an operatively convenientand effective. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted in patients of acromioclavicular jointdislocation from September2011to May2013,among them,30patients were treated withlines of clavicular hook plate fixation (group A) and24patients were treated withauxiliary allograft tendon suture anchors reconstruction beak lock ligament (group B),score of shoulder joint function, pain score, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, beak lock distance measurements were analyzed during this12~20months follow-up.Patients in group A removed internal fixation8months after the surgery.6moths aftersurgery follow-up and the last follow-up (the last follow-up time>12months) wereproceeded within both group A and group to explore the curative effect, the UnitedStates shoulder elbow surgeons rating method ASES grading standard and method ofvisual analogue scale (VAS)understand the pains patients felt. Using SPSS17.0statisticalsoftware packages to do data entry and processing. Inspection level of alpha=0.05, P>0.05showed no statistical significance difference, P<0.05said the difference wasstatistically significant. Results The average follow-up time was15.6months after operation, and the6months postoperative pain VAS assessment of group A and B were37mm and10mmrespectively, this difference is statistically significant. ASES shoulder joint function scoreof two groups were779.72±8.68ã€82.93±8.12,through testing these2groups of data, statistical significant difference showed up (P<0.05), suggesting tendon allograftreconstruction surgery effect is obviously better than that of clavicular hook plate group,we processed a statistical analysis in clavicular hook plate in shoulder joint functionbefore and after steel plate removal, it has statistical significance (P<0.05), clavicularhook plate lien has impacts on shoulder joint: the average operation time of group A andB were123.17minutes and127.29minutes, the average blood loss were171.20ml and 201.37ml, beak lock data were compared between the last follow-up and6months aftersurgery, analyzed variance, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Suggesting hook plate operation time was shorter and surgical blood loss was lessthan tendon allograft reconstruction of short beak lock ligament group. Conclusions Allogeneic tendon reconstruction beak lock ligament adjuvant sutureanchor fixation treating the acromioclavicular joint dislocation patients has better effectthan clavicular hook plate fixation. An earlier removal of clavicular hook plate would bebeneficial to shoulder functional recovery. |
