| Objectives To explore the mechanism of CO2pneumoperitoneum on the function ofovary rats.Methods250adult female rats were divided into three groups, the control group,negative control group and the blank control. After being inflated1h,2h under the15mmHg and20mmHg pressure, and then tested the E2,P,FSH and LH in bloodserum on0h,6h,12h,and24h after the end of pneumoperitoneum.
