| Objective:To compare the different methods for preventing intrauterine adhesion(IUA) againafter transcervical resection of adhesions (TCRA).Methods: We collect the clinical data of58patients who were diagnosed moderate or severeintrauterine adhesions by hysteroscopy in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital fromJuly2008to Jan2014. And all of the patients undergo the TCRA surgery successfully. Thepatients are divided into three groups according to different treatments after TCRA.Results:In this study, the average age of the four groups of patients with intrauterineadhesions was no significant difference (P>0.05). All patients have uterine cavity operatinghistory, abortion accounted for67.24%. The main clinical manifestations is the reduction ofmenstrual flow, accounting for44.82%. The adhesions recurrence rate was significant higher(P<0.05) in Group Balloon compared to Group IUD,The recurrence rate of moderateadhesions was significant higher (P<0.05) in Group Balloon compared to Group IUD,The recurrence rate of severe adhesions was not statistically significant (P>0.05) betweenGroup IUD compared to Group Balloon. The menstrual improvement rate was significanthigher (P<0.05) in Group Balloon compared to Group IUD,The menstrual improvementof moderate adhesions recurrence rate was significant higher (P<0.05) in Group Ballooncompared to Group IUD, The menstrual improvement of moderate adhesions severe adhesionswas not statistically significant (P>0.05) between Group IUD compared to Group Balloon. The pregnancy rate of Balloon Group was significant higher (P<0.05) than IUD group. Conclusion:Placing Balloon to the intrauterine adhesions patients after TCRA has a good effect than placing IUD,In aspects of improving menstrual flowã€reducing recurrence rate, but for the severe adhesions was not statistically significant. The pregnancy rate of BalloonGroup was significant higher than IUD group. |
