The first set of spinal-epdural combinedanesthesia, a total of30cases of patients with; A second group of continuous epiduralanesthesia, a total of30patients with; to evaluate the results after anesthesia. Results:from the point of anesthesia work speed and blockade effect, the first group is betterthan that of the second group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);From the point of average artery and the incidence of hypotension, the second groupis better than that of the first group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); From the occurrence of adverse reactions, the observed data differencesbetween groups have no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: spinal-epduralcombined anesthesia in gestational hypertension disease is good, safe and effective, suitable for patients with mild-to-moderate, suitable to promote in clinic. |
