With the deepening medical and health system, the competition to this point isthat the quality of healthcare of the competition between hospitals increasingly fiercecompetition, Medical Quality is the core of hospital management, hospitalmanagement has also become one of the key elements. Medical service qualityevaluation system to as a meaning of measure the quality of care used to be all typesof hospitals. Hospital evaluation is an effective means of supervision of medicalservices, the existing level of hospital management evaluation to timely and effectiveoperation of the hospital to find problems, to assist hospitals to solve their ownproblems found. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a reasonable health care servicequality evaluation system for the supervision of medical service quality.Through analysis of the existing problems, we proposed medical service qualityevaluation system of objectives and principles, defined evaluation subject andevaluated to determine the health service evaluation content. Using AHP evaluationsystem was constructed.Based on AHP evaluation system, combined with its own characteristics, theevaluation factors and evaluation methods of Chaoyang women and children hospitalwere determined. Though using evaluation system of medical service, service qualityis improved continuously.
