The Relationship Between Clinical Predictive Factors And ISR After Drug-eluting Stent Implantation

Objective:To explore the relationship between clinical predictive factors with in-stent restenosis (ISR) after drug-eluting stent (DES) implantation.Methods:Two hundred and twenty six patients (including178males and48females) in our study, underwent drug-eluting stent implantation and reexanmined coronory angiography in the requried time. The degree of artery stenosis≥50%, or>30%worse than last angiograghy, was used as a definition of restnosis. By this standard patients were divided into ISR group and non-ISR group. The two groups were compared in age, gender, history of smoking, hypertension, DM, lesion type, lesion length, degree of artery stenosis, STB, LDL-C, HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, TG, PBG, Fig, CRP and other indicators.Results:1、Among the226patients,54cases of restenosis occurred, accounting for23.8%of total. There was no statistically significant difference in age, gender, history of smoking, and hypertension between two groups. But prevalence of DM in ISR group was much higher than that in non-ISR group.2、There was no statistically significant difference in lesion type, luminal diameter, and degree of stenosis between two groups. However lesions in ISR group were longer than that in non-ISR group.3、No significant differences were found in STB, LDL-C, HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, TG, PBQ Fig, CRP and other biochemical markers between these two groups. But ISR group had higher LDL-C/HDL-C and lower STB level than non-ISR group.4、As a result of logistic regression analysis, history of DM, lesion length and LDL-C/HDL-C level were independent risk factors for restenosis (P<0.05), but STB level in ISR group was lower than that in non-ISR group (P<0.05).Conclusion:History of DM, lesion length, LDL-C/HDL-C level were positively correlated to ISR, while STB level was nagatively correlated to ISR after DES implantation.
