63Objective:To investigate the syndromes of TCM of AD and plasma Achã€Aβ1-40and Aβ1-42. Methods:142AD patients were selected, according to TCM syndrome differentiation is the sea of marrow deficiency syndrome, liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome, deficiency of spleen and kidney, two heart liver fire hyperactivity, phlegm blocking orifices and stagnation of Qi and blood stasis syndrome, and30healthy volunteers were set as normal group. Determination of plasma Achã€Aβ1-40and Aβ1-42by ELISA method. Results:(1)The142cases of AD syndrome type distribution, a higher frequency is two marrow deficiency syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney, followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm blocking orifices, and liver kidney yin and hyperactivity of heart and liver fire syndrome appeared the lowest frequency.(2) The142cases of Ach content in plasma of patients with AD was significantly lower than that in normal group, AD in plasma of patients with Aβ1-40, Aβ1-42levels were significantly higher than the normal group.(3) The AD marrow deficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in two patients, plasma Ach content were lower than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), and liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome, hyperactivity of heart and liver fire syndrome and phlegm blocking orifices of AD patients, compared with normal plasma Ach concentration, no statistical significance (P>0.05). AD in different TCM Syndromes of patients, the content of plasma Aβ1-40were significantly higher than that in the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01orP<0.05). AD in addition to hyperactivity of heart and liver fire syndrome, the other5syndromes of the patients, the plasma Aβ1-42levels were significantly higher than that in the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01or P<0.05). Comparison of AD patients with the syndrome group, content of liver kidney yin deficiency, hyperactivity of heart and liver fire syndrome and phlegm blocking orifices of plasma Ach was significantly higher than that in the sea of marrow deficiency syndrome, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Marrow deficiency plasma A01-42content higher than the hyperactivity of heart and liver fire syndrome, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) syndrome of phlegm obstructing orifices; the content of plasma Aβ1-40were higher than that of liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome, hyperactivity of heart and liver fire syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01orP<0.05);content of turbid phlegm obstructing orifices and qi stagnation and blood stasis type plasma Aβ1-42were higher than that of hyperactivity of heart and liver fire syndrome, the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05orP<0.01).Conclusion:The plasma levels of acetylcholine can be used as a dialectical diagnosis index for AD marrow deficiency syndrome;The plasma Aβ1-40can be used as a dialectical index for the diagnosis of AD syndrome of phlegm obstructing orifices;The plasma levels of Aβ1-42aren’t entirely sure dialectical index AD specific syndromes, still need further experimental research. |
