Objective:To assess the Ib and â…¡ a stage cervical squamous cell carcinoma of the risk factors for postoperative recurrence. Methods:In January2010to December2013in xinjiang medical university affiliated tumor hospital during the period of follow-up after surgical treatment in our hospital, pathological diagnosis, medical records and complete follow-up data of87patients with cervical squamous carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed, pathological diagnosis, medical records and complete follow-up data of87patients with cervical squamous carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed, Group of postoperative recurrence of39cases of recurrence for2years,2years without recurrence of48cases as control group. On the related factors influencing the recurrence of single factor analysis, P<0.05in the single factor analysis of variable Logistic regression analysis, and selected the Ib and â…¡ a period the related risk factors for recurrence of cervical squamous carcinoma. Results:Single factor analysis showed that the onset of patient age, tumor size, clinical stage, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion, cutting edge with the Ib and â…¡ a period about cervical squamous carcinoma postoperative recurrence (P<0.05), Logistic regression analysis showed that infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion, cut edge is affecting the Ib and â…¡ a phase of the independent risk factors for recurrence of cervical squamous cell carcinomas (P <0.05). Conclusion:Deep cervical wall muscle layer infiltration, lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion, cutting edge is affecting the Ib and â…¡ a phase of the independent risk factors for recurrence of cervical squamous cell carcinomas, attaches great importance to the patients with risk factors of postoperative supplementary therapy, can prevent or reduce the recurrence of cervical cancer. |
