Objective:Exploration of deep brain stimulation and deep brain nuclei lesioning of the operation treatment of movement disorders.Methods:To group17cases of patients with movement disorders, A group10patients with deep brain stimulation, B group7patients with deep brain nuclei lesion. Give score by UPDRS to Parkinson disease in before operation, after operation,3months after operation,6months after operation, give score by UDRS to dystonia in after operation,3months after operation,6months after operation, directly observe the patient’s condition. Record the dose of every one before operation and6months after operation, observation and analysis of curative effect. Use the statistical software for t test and chi-square test, analysis of the effect, and investigate the difference between two groups.Results:There was six significance, two general and two bad in group A. One of group A get Cognitive dysfunction after operation. There was four significance, two general and one bad in group B. Comparison of two groups of curative effect by t test and after operation.P<0.05, and B group was statistically significant difference between A groups after operation. But, other P>0.05, and there was no statistically significant in other cases. Using Chi square test for Comparison of efficacy6months after operation and for changes of amount of oral drugs, and there was P>0.05, no statistical significance.Conclusion:Two kinds of operation mode of movement disorders that effect, but also has two kinds of operation effect is not ideal or poor case, and complications. Although two kinds of operation is to improve the core movement disorder symptoms and obviously reduce the score, but some Symptom improvement was not obvious. After a short time of operation in two groups, can be seen that the deep brain nuclei lesion effect of deep brain electromagnetic technology effect, but after3months to6months, its efficacy is similar. It is maybe to do with the brain tissue have a process of adaptation to deep brain stimulation, and stimulation parameters can be adjusted continuously and find out the best parameters characteristics, and also may be according to the categories of diseases related to the operation targets. So, The choice of targets according to the classification of movement disorders will need further study. After this study, we can say, that deep brain stimulation is relatively deep brain nuclei lesioning advantage can be continuously adjusted after the stimulation parameters and find the optimal stimulation parameters, so as to avoid like lesioning disposable destroying brain tissue.
