ObjectiveThis topic to carry out from the massage before, during and after theintervention to assess the nursing mode of patients self-conscious symptom,skin temperature, sleep quality, the influence degree of patients satisfaction ofnursing work, and then discusses the massage for diabetes peripheralneuropathy in patients with upper limb paresthesia.MethodsAccording to admission time randomly selected from a grade iii-a generalhospital in Liaoning, diagnosed with diabetes complicated with peripheralneuropathy, and all have varying degrees of physical pain, numbness,weakness, feels obstacle, acromegaly symptoms such as chills, rule out othercauses of neuropathy. According to the case number singular choose80ascontrol group, routine nursing and instruction. Case number the number tochoose80as experimental group, on the basis of conventional nursinginstruction on upper limb regional massage care and key point massage.Beforeand after the intervention of the research object of sleep quality, self-conscioussymptom, skin temperature, to analyze the nursing job satisfaction, which countdata using X2test, measurement data using t test.ResultsMassage after the intervention, the difference there wassignificant;Self-conscious symptom assessment, the total number of valid testgroup of75people, the total effective rate was93.75%in the control group, the total effective number of60people, the total efficiency of75.00%, the totalefficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher effective nursingintervention (P <0.05) The difference was statistically significant;The degree ofimprovement in skin temperature of the test group than the control group (P<0.05),the experimental study sleep quality is better than that of control groupsignificantly (P<0.05), the difference there was significant; experimental groupstudy of hospital nurses’ job satisfaction score was significantly higher inpatients (P <0.05), the difference is statistically significance.ConclusionsMassage can significantly improve upper limb numbness in patients withdiabetic peripheral neuropathy, skin feels obstacle and so on symptoms,through to the peripheral blood microcirculation improvement to improve limbskin temperature, relieve discomfort and effectively improve the quality ofresearch object, in the process of massage proper communication with patients,making patients recognition of nurses’ job content, patients satisfaction ofnursing work also got obvious improvement.
