| Objective:To study the anti-C1q antibody (C1qAb) of kidney tissues in patients with lupus nephritis (LN) correlation of renal damage with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and relationship with the autoantibodies such as AnuAã€anti-dsDNA antibodiesã€ANCA〠ANA and anti-Sm on lupus nephritis disease activity;combined with other active index;alone or joint detection value in the diagnosis of lupus nephritis;anti-C1q antibody in different histopathological classification of lupus nephritis, relations of different levels of anti-C1q antibody with lupus nephritis disease activity.Method:Detection129patients who underwent renal biopsy were divided into two groups:the anti-C1q antibody positive group (n=64) and anti-C1q antibody negative groups (n=65) according to whether any anti-Clq antibody, at the same time record the various clinical manifestations of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), to detect other autoantibodies (nucleosome antibodyã€antinuclear antibodiesã€anti dsDNA antibodies, antibody of neutrophils) and related laboratory index (blood counts, blood sedimentation, complement and quantitative24hours urinary protein, renal function, etc.).Results:Anti-C1q antibodies has no relevance with ageã€course of the diseaseã€blood sedimentationã€serum globulinã€serum urea nitrogenã€serum creatinine.has showed a negative correlation With complement C3〠C4ã€hemoglobinã€serum albumin;has positive correlation with quantitative rate of glomerular filtration and24hours urinary protein, triglyceride, SLEDAI score.There are have consistency With anti-dsDNA antibodiesã€anti-Sm antibodiesã€antinuclear antibodies〠nucleosomeã€anti neutrophil antibody these five kinds of autoantibodies.Anti-C1q antibody score has a significant positive correlation with the SLEDAI score, Al.anti-C1q antibody expression in â…¢ and â…£ type higher than other type, and it is considered strong activity.The increase of the degree of positive, the more active. Anti-serum complement of C1q antibody (++) group patients were significantly reduced;patients with Anti-C1q antibodies (+++) group have heavier low complement, and SLEDAI score and AI score increase gradually, gradually decline rate of glomerular filtration, more risk of renal impairment. |
