Objective:To investigate the fatigue scores in Patients with cancer-related fatigue before and after chemotherapy and discuss the influence factors of fatigue scores after chemotherapy. Methods:Preliminary choose a clear diagnosis of cancer Patients198cases, to diagnose the diagnosis of cancer-related fatigue, Patients who meet the diagnostic standard for the study was determined as the final study Patients. The cancer Patients who were diagnosed cancer-relate fatigue were investigated by Personal interview methods before and after chemotherapy; Demographic characteristic questionnaire and Fatigue Symptom Inventory were used. Gradually finish the data after the survey. The data analysis and influential factors were performed by variance analysis of SPSS18.0software.Results:The FSI scores in Patients with cancer-related fatigue increased significantly after chemotherapy than before (P<0.001).Different gender, tumor type, chemotherapy, smoking history induced FSI scores different, Women, no smoking history, gynecological cancer, Platinum and paclitaxel combination chemotherapy fatigue score higher, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There are gastrointestinal reactions during chemotherapy and bone marrow suppression in Patients with fatigue scores were no higher than those of both high (P<0.05),and gradually increased with the degree of gastrointestinal reactions, fatigue scores showing a rising trend; with the increased in the degree of bone marrow suppression, fatigue scores did not significantly higher trend display, Patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ bone marrow suppression fatigue score even more than Patients with Ⅰ-Ⅱ bone marrow suppression fatigue scores decreased. While the Patient’s age, race gander, alcohol consumption, obesity, cancer stage, chemotherapy cycle fatigue scores were not significant effect, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Multivariate analysis of covariance shows that fatigue scores before chemotherapy, gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression have an impact with the fatigue score after chemotherapy, the differences were statistically significant.Coclusion:CRF is common among Patients with cancer-related fatigue. After chemotherapy fatigue scores increased over the Previous; fatigue score before chemotherapy, bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reactions after chemotherapy in Patients with cancer-related were the main influencing factors of fatigue score.
