| Objective:To observe the changes of different TCM syndrome type levels of serum uric acid levels in patients with heart failure, and to analyze the correlation between the two, provide the basis for heart failure patients with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type and Differential Treatment. Methods:349cases of heart failure in patients with TCM syndrome type and uric acid levels checked, to understand the distribution of the syndrome uric acid levels. Results:In this study, patients with heart failure in the process of distribution of syndromes characterized by, followed by heart and lung qi deficiency> QDBS> Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome> phlegm obstructing lung> heart deficiency syndrome; heart failure syndromes and heart function level difference correlation between grade I patients with central lung qi majority, II level in patients with phlegm obstructing lung majority; abnormal levels of uric acid in patients with heart failure accounted for30%, and uric acid levels and cardiac function of There was a positive correlation between heart function worse, the higher the levels of uric acid; using LSD method and Dunnett C methods come to the same conclusion, there were significant differences (P<0.05between the distribution of serum uric acid levels in five groups TCM). The results of this study contribute to heart function under the same conditions, treatment and prognosis evaluation of different syndromes, guiding Integrative treatment of heart failure and improve the prevention and treatment of heart failure. |
