The Clinical Research Of Bu Shen Tiao Zhou Method Meshed With Auricular Point Treatment In The Treatment Of Infertility Caused By Luteal Phase Defect

Objective:To observe the efficacy of auricular point treatment featuring Bu Shen Tiao Zhou Method in the clinical researches of Luteal Phase Defect (LPD) infertility and to analyze the relationship between Bu Shen Tiao Zhou method and auricular point treatment.Method:In this research,40cases of LPD infertility patients are randomly assigned into2groups: the treatment group of20cases treated with Bu Shen Tiao Zhou Method instructed auricular point treatment; the control group of20cases treated with Bu Shen Tiao Zhou method instructed Chinese medicine prescription, By an overview of the control and the treatment group statistical evaluation of the therapeutic changes of TCM symptoms, endocrine changes and basal body temperature (BBT) during gestation before and after2courses of treatment (3menstrual cycles per course)Result:The total effective rate of treatment group and control group are85.0%and70.0%respectively. The Total effective rate of both groups is statistically insignificant (P>0.05); gestation rate of treatment group and control group are30%and20%respectively. Comparing the gestation rate of both groups is not statistically significant (P>0.05); both groups are statistically significant (P<0.05) on improving TCM symptoms and BBT; both groups are statistically significant (P<0.01) on the high temperature phase score (HPS); both groups are statistically significant (P<0.01) on improving the level of P, LH, and FSH.Conclusion:As the treatment of LPD infertility, Bu Shen Tiao Zhou method instructed auricular point treatment can significantly alleviate the TCM symptoms through improving the endocrine status, increasing the range of high and low temperature, extending the high temperature period and stability and therefore raising the gestation possibility.
