Objective:To compare the small intertrochanteric fracture intertrochanteric fractures or not affect intertrochanteric fracture of the proximal femur spiral blade anti-spin nail (PFNA) fixed on postoperative recovery, evaluation moments between the femoral intertrochanteric fractures in patients with postoperative recovery role for clinical treatment, provide the basis for guiding the patient functional exercise.Methods:Selected in March2012, March2013, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital orthopedic hospital60cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients, met the inclusion, exclusion criteria, in accordance with the lesser trochanter of femur fractures or not divided into two groups30patients in both groups underwent helical blade proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA) and internal fixation with traditional Chinese medicine treatment. From general information, operative data, postoperative complications and postoperative recovery of hip function in terms of comparing the two groups of patients evaluated and statistically analyzed.Results:The two groups of patients were followed up for two hours in the preoperative traction, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) postoperative drainage drainage, postoperative complications; lesser trochanter of femur fracture model fully restored for20plus or minus one week, the lesser trochanter of the femur fracture model complete recovery time is15±1weeks there was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the two groups; Harris hip surgery in January joint function rating:not the lesser trochanter of femur fracture group was13.82±1.12, lesser trochanter of femur group was13.63±1.08; after March Harris hip score:lesser trochanter of femur fracture group was not37.26±3.48, small femur intertrochanteric fracture group was29.42±2.96; after June Harris hip score:lesser trochanter of femur fracture group was not76.43±3.28, lesser trochanter of femur fracture group was63.78plus or minus4.52; Harris hip after1year function Rating:lesser trochanter of femur fracture group was not90.32±2.58points; lesser trochanter of femur fracture group was82.05±4.61points; T test, in January after Harris hip score, P>0.05, no significant differences;3,6,12months after Harris hip score, P<0.05, significant difference.Conclusion:In the PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures, fractures of the lesser trochanter of the femur or not, in the preoperative traction time, operative time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage areas was not statistically significant.In the PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures, fractures of the lesser trochanter group time and functional recovery following hip surgery was superior to the lesser trochanter fracture group.
