| Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine combined with cognitive training interventions, the establishment of a comprehensive intervention system for vascular cognitive impairment, early standardized diagnosis and intervention,can significantly improve management and control rate of vascular cognitive impairment, effectively slow disease progression, reduce the burden on patients and society.Method:Census target are permanent residents of45-80years old with a history of cerebrovascular in community service centers in Zhi Ma Ying, Chao Tian Temple, Fu Zi Miao, Zhong Hua Gate, Qin Hong in Nanjing. MMSE, MoCA neuropsychological scale to evaluate the cognitive function in patients with selected330cases of eligible patients with vascular cognitive impairment (2011-2013), to collect general information, medical history, and so on and so forth. To complete the study in the cases of302cases, divided into two groups, the observation group,150cases and control group152. The control group with basic treatment,on the basis of the observation group therapy, Naoluotong particles and cognitive training are added in. All were treated for6months. The primary efficacy endpoint:â‘ cognitive function in elderly dementia rating scale (ADAS-cog)â‘¡non-cognitive features using Blessed Behavior Scale (BBS);â‘¢the use of instrumental activities of daily living daily living scale (ADL);â‘£syndromes using vascular dementia syndrome scale (SDSVD) Contrast the above indicators before and after treatment were observed. The database built by EpiData3.0, SPSS17.0software x2applied for test, and multiple linear regression method Logistic regression analysis and descriptive analysis of the data analysis, the vascular cognitive disorders correlation studies of cognitive function, non-cognitive characteristics, activities of daily living, such as traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores.Result:Comprehensive analysis of curative effect:the observation group of150cases of vascular cognitive impairment in the total efficiency was84.67%, control group total effectiveness is38.16%.Analysis of the clinical efficacy:observed compared with the control group, the cognitive function and aspects of TCM symptoms statistically significant improvement in patients of vascular cognitive impairment(p<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with pure Chinese medicine and western medicine, Chinese medicine combined with cognitive training, improves certain aspects of clinical efficacy for vascular cognitive impairment and cognitive function in patients with TCM symptoms, has clear advantages. |
