Objective:Improve treatment of anal fistula on the basis of incision below the dentate line and hang above the dentate line, design a method treating transsphincteric perianal fistula that incise below the dentate line and hung suspended cavity above the dentate line.By observing indicators including the total effect, anal function, postoperative pain, the wound healing time and so on between hung suspended cavity method and catheter drainage method, comparative study the difference of two surgical methods, explore feasibility and advantages that hung suspended cavity method treat transsphincteric perianal fistula.Method:Thirty patients with transsphincteric perianal fistula meet the requirements, divided into the experimental group and the controlled group. The experimental group apply incise below the dentate line and hung suspended cavity above the dentate line, and the controlled group apply incise below the dentate line and catheter drainage above the dentate line.Evaluation include cure rate, recurrence rate, anal function score, postoperative pain conditions and wound healing time. Results:Hung suspended cavity method compared with catheter drainage method,in cure rate, recurrence rate and the protection of anal function have no significant statistically difference(P>0.05),but have significant statistically difference in shortening the healing time and postoperative pain relief aspects(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hung suspended cavity method in cure rate and recurrence rate, compared with catheter drainage method,is quite, show that the procedure is not reduce the total effect of anal fistula;and the same with catheter drainage method, can better protect the anal function;have obvious advantages in shortening the healing time and postoperative pain relief aspects, meet the development trend of minimally invasive surgery. |
