Clinical Curative Effect Of Fangji Huagnqi Decoction Add-subtract On Breast Cancer Postoperative Limb Edema

Objective:To observe and evaluate the Clinical curative effect of Fangji Huagnqi decoction add-subtract treatment of breast cancer postoperative limb edema (breast cancer-related lymphedema, BCRL).To explore the feasibility and advantage of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal decoction in treatment of BCRL, to excavate Clinical value of trengthening the Spleen, tonifying qi and dampnessand promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method in diagnosis of BCRL.Method:Determining the BCRL diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and efficacy evaluation criteria,43cases of patients meeting the standards were chosen and objects were divided into two groups:treatment group (22cases),and the control group (n=21), the treatment group in traditional Chinese medicine medicinal decoction of Fangji Huagnqi decoction add-subtract, daily1agent, water frying3times,2times before juice points oral in the morning and evening, after the third time to add a few rice vinegar boiled hot fumigation and external limb.The control group with Love of arteries and veins,1.0g/oral2times a day.Two groups of patients were performed functional exercise.Take1week to1treatment course, post after four courses of treatment. After treatment, they use the before and inter-group comparison to observe the changes of major and side symptoms by accumulated points.Results:1. After treatment of4weeks,the curative effect comparison results for two groups of patients injured limbs’weeks diameter change:treatment group:significant efficiency was36.4%(8), effective rate was36.4%(8), no efficiency was27.2%(6), the total effective rate was72.8%;Control group:significant efficiency was19.0%(4), effective rate was38.1%(8), inefficiency of42.9%(9), the total effective rate was57.1%.The chi-square test was similar and has no statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05).Observation results show that both drugs can treat the disease and has a similar effect.2.Two sets of observed objects after treatment compared with before treatment,their subjective symptoms such as limb swelling integral sense, pain, numbness, and other aspects of limb heaviness, P values were0.011,0.001,0.002,0.003, were less than0.05, the two groups had statistically significant differences. The treatment group than the control group in patients with subjective improvement in symptoms.3.After t-test, compared to before treatment KPS score, t=0.581, P=0.564>0.05,no statistical significance between the two groups were comparable; KPS score difference before and after treatment in treatment group compared with the control group, t=2.210, P=0.033<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group than the control group in improving the patient’s KPS score on the card.4.After t-test, the two groups before treatment, quality of life scores compared, t=0.932, P=0.357>0.05, no statistical significance between the two groups were comparable; quality of life before and after treatment in treatment group compared with the control group, the difference between integration, t=4.953, P=0.000<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group on improving the quality of life of patients was significantly better than the control group.5.Treatment group and the control group had a good effect on BCRL, therapy are no adverse reactions.Conclusion:①Fangjihuangqi decoction can only effective treatment BCRL;②Fangjihuangqi decoction treatment BCRL efficacy than love veins Lang poor;③Fangjihuangqi decoction in improving BCRL patients with subjective symptoms, KPS and quality of life. there are obvious advantages compared with the control group.
