It was widely attention that, as a system disorder T2DM can cause avariety of changes in tissues, organs structure and function level, especiallyfor hurt, eyes, renal and nervous system. In recent years, the impact ofdiabetes on cognitive function in a cross-disciplinary research is a centralpoint. Recent studies have confirmed that the core of diabetic cognitiveimpairment are neuronal damage, loss and functional down-regulation. Theunderlying mechanisms are cerebrovascular disorders, metabolismdisorders,the lack of neurotrophic factors, the abnormal expression of thebrain rennin-angiotensin system, the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA) axis hyperfunction, etc.
