Purpose:By observing the clinical efficacy of wheat moxibustion treatment of symptoms of cancer-related fatigue and its impact on hematology laboratory indicators of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy, to explore the effects of therapy side effects of chemotherapy, in order to improve the patient’s quality of life and heip further implementation of the breast cancer treatment programs, providing safe and dffective interventions.Research Metheds:60patients met the inclusion criteria of breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy using simple random control method is divided into treatment group and control group. patients with complete data were eventually total54cases.26cases in which the treatment group and control group28cases. The same two chemotherapy reqimens, completed within1day. Control group using dexamethasone, palonosetron, lansoprazole,SFI and other drugs, one day before the start chemotherapy of continuous application seven days. Treatment group on the basis of drug therapy, with wheat moxibustion, selection of points of Dazhui、Zusanli(bilateral),18each per hole Zhuang, from one day before chemotherapy to seven day after chemotherapy as a course of treatment, continuous treatment of two chemotherapy cycle. BFI-C score、loss of appetite score、hematological parameteters(WBC、Hb、 PLT)、 number of patients using medication remedy、KPS score was observed indicators, the changes were in each course of chemotherapy before and after comparison of the two groups of patients.Results:1. BFI-C score:Comparsion of the group, two groups of patients after chemntherapy comprehensive fatigue severity and affect score ware significantly higher than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05or P<0.01), especially in the first three days after chemotherapy was most serious. The control group after two cycles of chemotherapy at each time point compared with the same period of the first course of treatment, the extent of its impact are tired gradually increased(P<0.05or P<0.01), while the treatment group after the first two cycles of chemotherapy on day3, section5day compared with the same period of the first course of treatment was significantly reduced(P<0.05or P<0.01). Comparison between groups, from the first course of chemotherapy after the first five day to the second end of treatment, the treatment group patients the degree of fatigue and fatigue affect scores weres lower than the control group(P<0.01).2.Loss of appetite scores:Comparison of the group, two groups of patients after chemotherapy anorexia scores were significantly higher than the previous chemotherapy(P< 0.01). withing chemotherapy treatment,The control group patients after chemotherapy anorexia scores were more obvious than the treatment group at each time in the second course of treatment point score lower than the first course, especially in the first five days more significant(P<0.01). Comparison between groups, from the first course after chemotherapy five days to the second course after chemotherapy each time points, anorexia scores of the treatment group patients weres lower than the control group(P<0.01).3.Changes in blood parameters:Comparison of the group, two groups of patients after chemotherapy WBC、Hb and PLT levels are mostly lower than the previous chemotherapy(P<0.05or P<0.01). but the Hb levels with no significant change in before and after two cycles of chemotherapy. With chemotherapy cycles increasing, the two groups are increasingly aggravated WBC reduction(P<0.05or P<0.01). In treatment group, Hb and PLTindicators did not change significantly(P>0.05). While Hb levels were significantly decreased in the second chemotherapy than the first course(P<0.01). Comparison between groups, the treatment group three indexes were higher than the control group(P<0.01), especially in the first two course to improve magnitude more obvious.4.Remedy the number of cases of drug use:In first course, the two groups were roughly equal(P>0.05). In second course, the treatment group significantly reduced the number of cases than the control group(P<0.01).5.The treatment group patient’s KPS scores were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Wheat Moxibustion adjuvant breast cancer patients chemotherapy can improve cancer-related fatigue and loss of appetite, slow WBC、Hb and PLT decreased speed and magnitude, improving the quality of life in patients with chemotherapy.
