| Objective:Explore the feasibility of establishing a stable animal modelof abdominal hernia methods and criteria to determine its success throughanimal studies, and study the feasibility of forming part and absorbedumbrella occluder device with poly-lactic acid (PLLA) stents.Methods:1.The40male rabbits were randomly divided into A, B, C, Dfour groups of10, A group (n=10) was the control group, and the remainingthree experimental groups were cut2cm×2cm,3cm×3cm,4cm×4cm fullthickness structure of abdominal wall(muscle and peritoneum), a monthafter the observation of animals in each group highlighted the abdominalwall, the animal body weight change and mortality.2.The ultra mesh is cutted into a circular in size of3cm×3cm, andprepared the original model of umbrella-shaped frame device with1mmPLLA. Results:1.After1Month, there is no significant difference in thecomplications about body weight of animals in group A,B,C withpreoperative(P>0.05),D group compared with preoperative weight loss(P=0.000), there is significant difference. Animals in group A withoutabdominal mass after the operation, the number of cases with no deaths,2cases in group B, one died, six cases of group C, one died, six cases ofgroup D,3deaths.2. Complete the preparation of original model of umbrella-shapedframe device successfully. Conclusion:the removal of abdominal tissue3cm×3cm can build astable animal model of abdominal hernia and proposes a method and modelfor hernia successfully established criteria without no effect on the animalbody weight, and proposes the animal model to research the hernia in thefuture. |
