| With the rapid development of society, people get more pressure from life and work, also the living environment becomes worse and other factors, they caused the high incidence of cancer together hat threat the health of human seriously. chemotherapy is a importment part in cancer treatment, normal anti-tumor drugs including adriamycin,paclitaxel, cis-platinum, etc, have short half-life in the body,Low bioavailability, also can not target and gather in the focal area of cancer efficiently. All of these shortages make them get poor anti-tumor effects toxic and side effectã€easly resistance, influence the treatment and life quality of patient directly.To solve these problems, polymer materials with good biocompatible and biodegradable properties were used to load these anti-timor drugs, with the help of polymer nano-particles,they can get to the focal area of cancer efficiently.Also some contrast agents were loaded to polymer nano-particles, then use these labled nano-particles to study how tumor model and the size of nanoparticles influence their biological distribution and metabolism with the help of MSOT. Specific as follows:1. Design and synthesized mPEG-b-PLG to load adriamycin and paclitaxel together, then investigate the related properties%in vitro cytotoxicityã€in vivo anti-tumor efficiency of this dual-drug delivery system and all get satisfactory results.2. Use mPEG-PDLLA to load ICG, through changing raw rate to get nano-particles with different size, then with the help of MSOT to get detail metabolism and distribution information about nano-particles with different size.Through the study in this paper, some contribution to the research on applying nano-particle drug delivery system in the combination therapy and individualized drug therapy was done. |
