The Research Of Young And Middle-aged Patients’Metabolism And RAAS System Activity Level Who Suffer From Essential Hypertension

Objective:To analysis the relationship among metabolic abnormalities and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAS) activity levels in Young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods:select five hundreds and eighty young and middle-aged patients with EH who first visit to doctors in the fifth affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university and in the xinjiang uygur autonomous region people’s hospital during November2012to November2013, and320cases with normal pressure as normal control group,List their ages,give them these medical examination:24hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(24hABPM),mercury sphygmomanometer measure blood pressure,Determination of triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),Glucose tolerance test(OGTT),determining Angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ), aldosterone(ALD)and norepinephrine (NE) activity levels with RIA method for determination of plasma Renin(PRA).Each group application24hours ambulatory blood pressure recorded each time(24hours day and night)to systolic diastolic blood pressure in mean±standard deviation.Group’ measurement data comparison using t-test,Count data comparison between groups using χ2test,the comparison of Average systolic and diastolic blood pressure with epinephrine and norepinephrine correlations in adopts linear correlation analysis.Results:plasma PRA,Ang Ⅱ,ALD,NE activity level of Young and middle-aged patients with EH is higher than the normal control group(P<0.05),And the higher hypertension grading,the higher plasma PRA,NE,Ang Ⅱ,ALD activity levels(P<0.05),Prevalence of high cholesterol,high blood sugar in young and middle-aged patients with EH is higher than normal control group(P<0.01),24hours average systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and daytime average systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure were positively correlated with plasma PRA and NE activity levels.Conclusion:Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system excited and metabolic abnormalities May play an important role in the pathogenesis of Young and middle-aged essential hypertension.
