Soft Ureter Mirror The Analysis Method Of Combined Holmium Laser In The Treatment Of Kidney Stone

Objective:Evaluation of electronic soft ureter mirror with holmium laser therapy clinical application value of kidney stones, discuss factors, which affect the success rate of gravel, stone row of net rate and the experience of surgical operation. Methods:Retrospective study in March2012to September2013in our hospital use Olympus electronic soft ureter mirror with holmium laser therapy,108cases of patients with kidney stones, the distribution of pelvic41cases,52cases with renal high calyx calculi and renal calyx calculi under15cases. First use hard F9.8ureter mirror probe of ureter, placing soft thread after indwelling ureter mirror scabbard, introducing soft ureter mirror, encroach on holmium laser lithotripsy, and use the set stone basket set out larger stone debris. KUB or double check after4weeks of renal CT scan, evaluate calculi treatment effect:not a stone fragments from4mm or more to have clinical significance of residual calculi. Results:In all the108cases of patients, a success rate of93.5%(101/108) into the mirror.108cases of soft lens successfully into the mirror,105cases of successful find stones, intraoperative looking for stone success rate97.2%(105/108), renal pelvis and, in the light on for kidney stones and the rate was98.9%(92/93), renal calyx calculi under the search and the rate was86.7%(13/15);105cases to find success of gravel stone in98cases, the gravel success rate93.3%(98/105); Calyx calculi under rubble success rate76.9%(10/13), upper calyx of stones in the renal pelvis lithotripsy success rate95.7%(88/92), was statistically significant difference between the two groups (x2=6.605, α=0.05,P<0.05). Patients with postoperative1month later in our review of97cases of clear or residual stones<4mm, summed up the stone free rate was88.0%(95/108); Postoperative renal pelvis and upper calyx calculi net rate was92.5%(86/93), postoperative renal calyx calculi under net rate was73.3%(11/15), between the difference was statistically significant (=5.281,=0.05,P<0.05). Conclusion:Electronic soft ureter mirror combined holmium laser lithotripsy, visibility, security, minimally invasive treatment is diameter<20mm is safe and effective means of kidney stones; Renal pelvis and upper calyx calculi with renal calyx calculi, find and rate, success rate of gravel and stone of postoperative net rate is high, has the good clinical application value.
