Objectives:To assess the effects of the factors of postoperative hepatic cystic echinococcosis surgery area of infection, to get a clear risk factors for infection, and to avoid postoperative liver hydatid infection that make a heavy burden on patients, the hospital and the society. Therefore, clear risk factors for infection after surgery area for minimizing the incidence of infection is of importance. Methods:performed a retrospective case control study of patients who had had an hepatic hydatid infection after hepatic hydatid surgery performed at a the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from2007to2013. In all cases, a clear residual cavity infection had happened in20cases, and nine cases were phrenic infection.130cases of postoperative non-infected patients were randomly selected as a control group. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors associated with postoperative infection risk factors. Results:Univariate analysis was as follows:preoperative albumin<30g/L, combined preoperative infection, hydatid surgery history, the surgical postoperative bile leakage, postoperative residual cavity or subphrenic effusion, tube time after surgery>10d. The surgical infection rate has significantly increased who choose surgical excision of the internal capsule. Logistic regression analysis was as follows:after the discovery of bile leakage (OR=5.558,95%confidence interval1.032,29.922), with a pipe after time>10d (OR=5.197,95%confidence interval1.288,20.966), postoperative residual cavity or subphrenic effusion (OR=8.181,95%confidence interval2.364,28.313).Conclusions:Postoperative bile leakage was found with a pipe after time>10d, postoperative residual cavity or subphrenic effusion will be an independent risk factor for surgical site infection HCE. |
