ObjectiveBy relying on the affiliated hospital of medical college (3A hospital) theapplication of personalized health education path, which is used in pregnantwomen,in order to achieve community maternal health education process,comprehensive, standardized and systematic breakthrough.MethodsThis research was performed in two consecutive phases. In the firstphase, by the method of analyzing data, searching evidences and consultingexperts, the personalized health education path which is used in pregnantwomen was designed. In the second phase,140pregnant women wereselected by convenience sampling. These pregnant women were all conformedto the choose standards and agree to take part in the research. The pregnantwomen were managed by community before September of2011were studiedas the controlled group, the pregnant women were managed by communityduring October of2011to October of2012were as the experimental group.The experimental group gives the health education nursing project topersonalize health education pathway; the control group uses the conventionalhealth education project (the responsible nurses who has different qualifications, education, work experience adopt health education).In order to judge the effectsof health services mode and method for affiliated hospital of medical college andcommunity. The cesarean section rates, breastfeeding rates, satisfaction,knowledge about health knowledge were collected as the evaluation indexes.Results1. The cesarean section rate, breastfeeding rates comparison: Comparecesarean section rate, breastfeeding rates between two groups beforeintervention, differences are not significance in statistics (P>0.05).Comparison in groups after intervention, differences are significance instatistics (P<0.05).2. Level of health education knowledge comparison: Compare level ofhealth education knowledge between two groups before intervention,differences are not significance in statistics (P>0.05). Comparison in groupsbefore and after intervention, the differences (d) shows the level of healtheducation knowledge of experimental group is higher than control group(P<0.05). The level of health education knowledge of controlled group beforeand after intervention differences are not significance in statistics (P>0.05). Thelevel of health education knowledge of experimental group before and afterintervention differences are significance in statistics(P<0.05).3.The members,satisfaction comparison: Compare the members,satisfaction between two groups before intervention, differences are notsignificance in statistics (P>0.05).Comparison in groups before and afterintervention, the differences (d) shows the members,satisfaction ofexperimental group is higher than control group (P<0.05).The members,satisfaction of controlled group before and after intervention differences are notsignificance in statistics (P>0.05).The members,satisfaction of experimentalgroup before and after intervention differences are significance instatistics(P<0.05). Conclusions1. The health services mode and method for affiliated hospital of medicalcollege and community can effectively decrease maternal cesarean sectionrate and improve breastfeeding rate.2. The health services mode and method for affiliated hospital of medicalcollege and community can improve the level of health education knowledge.3. The health services mode and method for affiliated hospital of medicalcollege and community can the members,satisfaction.
