| To study the effect of Toll-like receptor4pathway in rabbits with cerebralvasospasm(DCV).MethodsA total of60New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into the normalgroup, model group an E5564group.TLR4and interleukin-8(IL-8) wereobserved by immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Observating basilarartery pathological conditions and measuring bailarl artery diameters to judgethe degree of cerebral vasospasm by HE staining and cerebral angiography.Results1. After7days,the bailarl artery diameters were significantly bigger in themodel group compared with the normal group.2. The expression of TLR4and IL-8decreased significantly in the E5564group compared with the model group.Conclusions1. Toll-like receptor4pathway may be associated with cerebral vasospasm(DCV).2. E5564can prevent cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage and partly may be associated with the expression of IL-8. |
