| Objective:To understand the situation of occult HBV infection and molecular evolutionary characteristics of OBI virus S gene among the adolescent population. Methods:Getting structured questionnaires of student and their mother while collecting venous blood samples with their consent, of study, by using cluster sampling method for cross-sectional survey.Using Epidata3.1software, double double over the strategy of the original data entry and verification locked. Analysis of risk factors for HBV infection, anti-HBs negative factors and laboratory test results though SPSS15.0. For all samples using electrogenerical chemiluminescence assayed HBsAg, ELISA method detected anti-HBs, and then get amplificated of HBV S gene by nested PCR.If it was PCR (+) after nested PCR, analyze the characteristics fragment molecular evolution of adolescent population. Results:â‘ The survey of1712, HBsAg carrier rate is1.93%(33/1712), OBI infection were a total number of103, HBV infection rate was7.94%(136/1712).Age, ethnicity, skin trauma treatment and pregnant7-9month immunoglobulin vaccination HBV infection are the major factor of affecting.â‘¡Anti-HBs negative rate was42.41%(712/1679) in1679primary and secondary students. It will be more susceptible to anti-HBs negative with nation, premature birth, the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine and hepatitis B vaccine inoculation is not timely first0-1-6full immunization vaccinated showing by logistic regression analysis.â‘¢OBI infection rate in this survey was6.13%(103/1679).Those HBsAg (+) were isolated four dominant HBV virus, HBsAg (-) samples were obtained103OBI strains.85cases of genotype B virus strains, one case of aywl serotypes than84cases were adw2serotypes;16cases of genotype C virus strains, one case of adw2serotypes than15cases were adrq+serotypes;6cases of genotype D strains, the two cases is adw2serotype I4cases ayw2serotypes. B genotype strains occurP127S, G130R and N146S mutation in the "a" determinant region, C genotype OBI strains occurred T126I and T143S mutant in the "a" determinant region, D genotype OBI strains occurred T126I, P127S, F134Y and T143S mutations in the "a" determinant region. Conclusions:â‘ There are still quite a number of anti-HBs negative among adolescent population, hepatitis B vaccine should be timely booster vaccination;â‘¡there is a certain proportion of young people infected populations OBI, B genotype is the possible dominant genotype. OBI strains in the "a" determinant region occur T126Iã€P127S〠G130Rã€F134Yã€T143S and N146S in amino acid mutations and prevent problems of OBI need to be more attention, the possible risk factors of people infected with OBI also should be a further exploring. |
