Objective:to study the clinical isolates resistance to commonly used antimicrobial agents from SICU of our hospital. Methods:clinical isolates from our hospital SICU in accordance with the unified protocol for antimicrobial drug susceptibility test. Results: collected in October2007-October2012in our hospital surgical intensive care unit clinical isolates, a total of2213strains, in which from October2007to October2008to302strains,69strains of gram positive bacteria, accounting for22.85%,208strains of gram-negative bacteria, accounting for68.87%, fungi25strains, accounting for8.28%, in November2008-October2009to365strains,78strains of gram positive bacteria, accounting for21.37%,258strains of gram-negative bacteria, accounting for70.68%,29strains, fungi accounted for7.95%, in November2009-October2010to425strains,89strains of gram positive bacteria, accounting for20.94%,298strains of gram-negative bacteria, accounting for70.12%and fungi38strains, accounting for8.94%.In November2010-October2011to511strains,99strains of gram positive bacteria, accounting for19.37%,356strains of gram-negative bacteria, accounting for69.67%and fungi56strains, accounting for10.96%.In November2011-October2012to610strains,131strains of gram positive bacteria, accounting for21.48%,405strains of gram-negative bacteria, accounting for66.39%, fungus74strains, accounting for12.13%.Gram-positive bacteria antimicrobial resistance not seen obvious changes, and no vancomycin, teicoplanin or linezolid resistant strains were found.Strains of Enterobacteriaceae producing ESBLs strains has significant highly drug resistance rate to beta lactam type (with the exception of carvaoebem type) and other test antibacterial drugs than non producing ESBLs strains. Of cefoperazone/sulbactam, cefepime, piperacillin/tazobactam, ceftazidime resistant rate is low, the carbapenems antibiotic resistant rate is extremely low, But in klebsiella bacteria and enterobacter cloacae detected carbapenems antibiotic resistant strains. Acinetobacter of cefoperazone/sulbactam, minocycline with the lowest resistance rate, but has slightly rising trend. resistance rate to carbapenem antimicrobial is increasing and trend is more apparent, imipenem resistant rate rose to16.9%from54.54%, meropenem resistant rate rose to18.31%from55.30%. Pseudomonas aeruginosa to cefoperazone/sulbactam, cefepime with the lowest resistance rate, Followed by ceftazidime, piperacillin/tazobactam, carbapenems antimicrobial resistant rate higher than that of acinetobacter, both appears pan-drug resistantce strains Mold and other types of strains are not found in fungi, Without detection of itraconazole,5-fluorine cytosine and amphotericin B resistant strains, small amount of fluconazole resistant candida mycoderma bacteria and candida mycoderma bacteria were detected. Conclusion:the bacterial drug resistance is still on the rise, especially in klebsiella bacteria and enterobacter cloacae detected resistance to carbapenems antibiotic strains and pan-drug resistantce acinetobacter baumannii increase year by year, should pay attention, early prevention and control measures.
