Back ground:To compare the results of gated myocardial perfusion imaging(MPI) of type2diabetes patients to analysis the imaging manifestation of myocardial functional changing.Methods:32type2diabetes patients(groupl) and25patients with no history(group2) of cardiovascular disease has done gated MPI.The summed stress score(SSS), summed rest score(SRS) and summed difference score (SDS=SSS-SRS), and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and peak filling rate(PFR) were calcurated, analysing the data of those2groups.Results:(1)After stress MPI31/32patients (group1) have myocardial perfusion abnormalities, a total of90segments apperas Ischemic changes (90/544).(2)The group1had higher summed stress score (P<0.05), summed difference score (P<0.05), and summed rest score (P<0.05) compared to group2(reversible defect26/31,nonreversible defect3/31,mix defect2/31).(3)The group1had lower LVEF score(P<0.05) compared to group2,but PFR score has no difference with group2(P>0.05).Conclusions:Type2diabetes patients with silent myocardial ischemia have different degree of myocardial ischemia, accompanied by a certain degree of myocardial systolic function impairment.
