| Objective:The research reviewed the follow-up results of one-stagerepair of coarctation of aorta associated with cardiac anomalies in neonatesand infants. To discuss the surgery effects and summarize surgicalexperience.Method:Retrospective analysis and study the cases of CoA associatedwith cardiac anomalies were surgically treatment in our hospital from March2007to March2014.Collect the medical data and follow-up results andanalyse the survival rate, recoarcation rate and hypertension rate differencein different ages. Apply the SPSS17.O software package to statistics andchi-square test to group comparison, P≤0.05with statisticalsignificance, with mean±standard deviation represent measurement data, andfrequency(rate) represent enumeration data.1~6years follow-uptime,deadline in March2014.Results:1.The survival rate is from66.67%to100%nearly six years. The earlyphase is93.33%,with2patient died.2cases were lost contact. It is100%in medium phase.2.The recoarcation rate is from0%~16.67%in various surgicalprocedures. In the early phase,it is7.14%and5%in the medium phase. In theearly phase, the recoarcation number in the age<1month old team,1-2month old team,3-6month old team and the>6month old team is1,1,1and0respectively.Then,the number is1,1,0,0respectively in The medium phase.3.There were20patients suffered hypertension after operations. In theearly phase, the hypertension rate is21.43%and7.5%in the mediumphase. In the early phase, the hypertension number in the age<1month oldteam,1-2month old team,3-6month old team and the>6month old teamis0,3,4and2respectively.Then,the number is0,1,1,1respectively in themedium phase.Conclusion:1.The effect of one-stage repair of CoA in neonates and infantsassociated with cardiac anomalies patients is satisfactory in our hospitalnearly six years.2. The effect of one-stage repair in different ages(below3yearsold) in the early and mid-term phase has no significant difference.3.Based on reports in the documents, extended end-to-end anastomosis treatment is better than other surgical procedures with a lower recoarcationrate. |
