The Effect Of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills On The Patients’Diameter Of Coronary Artery With Angina Pectoris Of QI Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Object:To investigate Suxiao Jiuxin pills’ effect on the diameter of coronary artery.Methods:Select the patients hospitalized in the cardiovascular division of Jiangsu Province Hospital on Integration of Chinese and Western from2012.03to2013.02, Chinese medicine diagnosis of chest discomfort,western medicine diagnosis of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,clear lines of coronary angiography with1(or more) vascular diameter stenosis degree is50%or higher, altogether collected60cases, were randomly divided into research group and control group30cases each. In the process of coronary angiography, each patient of the experimental group was given sublingual Suxiao jiuxin pills and each patient of the control group was given sublingual nitroglycerin tablets, then Quantitative Coronary Analysis (QCA) is used to calculate the diameters and areas of the cornory areries of both groups.Results:(1) In the experimental group,the minimum lumen diameter (MLD),minimum lumen area(MLA),MLD%,MLA%of target lesion after sublingual Jiuxiao jiuxin pills5min were significantly higher than which before sublingual pills (P<0.05);(2) In the control group after sublingual nitroglycerin tablets5min, MLD,MLA,MLD%and MLA%had significant changes (P<0.05);(3) To compare two sets of datas, there is difference between the change before and after sublingual nitroglycerin or SXJXW of MLD,MLA,MLD%, MLA%, but there was no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Suxiaojiuxin pills and nitroglycerin can expand coronary artery diameter, and the degree of expansion of both coronary artery diameter was no significant difference. Taking Suxiao jiuxin pills and nitroglycerin are effective for angina.If the patient accompanied by hypotension, using Suxiao jiuxin pills is effective and safe.
