Research Of Changes In Lumber And Pelvic Sagittal Balance In Patients With Low Back Pain After Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective:To compare patients with low back pain undergoing hip deformity disease after total hip replacement changed in the sagittal pelvic spine, and investigate the effect of total hip arthroplasty in patients with hip deformity in sagittal balanceMethod:Jan2013to December2013, choose our hospital33cases of patients with hip joint deformity disease (including congenital hip dislocation (Congenital dislocation of the hip, CDH), hip osteoarthritis (Hip Osteoarthritis, OA), osteonecrosis shooting orthostatic whole spine radiographs, respectively, before and after surgery in January to measure the lumbar lordosis (lumbar lordosis, LL), sacral inclination angle (sacral slope, SS), pelvic tilt angle (pelvic tilt, PT), pelvic incidence (pelvic incidence, PI), sacral spine angle (spinal-sacral angle, SSA), the anterior tilt (spinal tilt, ST) and Harris score and low back pain score (Visual analogue score, VAS), before and after preoperative pelvic tilt measurement, measurement of radioactivity after acetabular abduction angle (radiographic inclination, RI). to classify and measure results, based on patients were divided into before and after pelvic tilt forward group of20patients, after Pour group of13patients would sagittal preoperative and postoperative parameters, Harris score and VAS were paired t test, independent t test between groups among the parameters, correlation parameters and postoperative sagittal conducted RI.Results:All patients were significantly higher Harris score, VAS score decreased significantly after dumping VAS score change the value of (3.2±1.4) compared with the big forward group, the difference was statistically significant. In the group of patients with pelvic tilt and postoperative SS (36.9±7.8±) increases, ST (84.7±5.3±) decreased compared with the preoperative difference was statistically significant; while in the pelvis forward group, values between all angles no significant differences. PT RI positively correlated with the presence of a negative correlation with the SS.Conclusion:Total hip arthroplasty hip deformity makes most patients with low back pain in the hip joint to get a good while improving symptoms in patients with back pain. Acetabular abduction angle and spine-pelvis sagittal morphology obvious correlation, positive correlation with PT Cheng, and SS were negatively correlated.
