ObjectiveObserved the regulation of Guanxinping to lipids (TCã€TGã€LDL-Cã€HDL-C), serum oxidized and antioxidant indicators (T-SODã€T-AOCã€MDAã€GSHã€ox-LDL) inflammatory cytokines (Lox-1) of ApoE-/-mice model of atherosclerosis.MethodsApoE-/-mouse model of atherosclerosis were given normal diet, high fat diet model group, atorvastatin group (6.67mg/kg/d), coronary flat low-dose group (0.75g/kg/d), high-dose group (1.5g/kg/d). Treatment after3months, observed the different groups of lipids (TCã€TG〠LDL-Cã€HDL-C), oxidation and antioxidant indicators(T-SODã€T-AOã€MDAã€GSã€ox-LDL), inflammatory factors (Lox-1) of changes.ResultsGuanxinping can regulate the indicators of atherosclerosis ApoE-/-mouse model of lipids (TCã€TGã€LDL-Cã€HDL-C), oxidation and antioxidant indicators (T-SODã€T-AOã€MDA〠GSHã€ox-LDL), inflammatory cytokines (Lox-1)ConclusionGuanxinping with anti-atherosclerotic effect, presumably able related to djust their the indicators of lipids (TCã€TGã€LDL-Cã€HDL-C), serum oxidation and antioxidant (T-SOD〠T-AOCã€MDAã€GSHã€ox-LDL),inflammatory cytokines (Lox-1) of ApoE-/-mouse model of atherosclerosis. |
