Objective:To investigate serum albumin (PA) and hyperthyroidism associated with liver damage in patients with thyroid immunological parameters, liver function, TCM symptom score correlation. Meanwhile, through the comparative study of treatment programs for simple medicine, pure traditional Chinese medicine, integrative medicine, since the proposed objective evaluation the treatment of smooth the liver Qi and nourish Yi of hyperthyroidism with hyperactivity of liver fire type efficacy and safety.Methods:LA case-control study, selected from1January2011to31December2013, patients of Endocrinology in hospital in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM hyperthyroidism with liver dysfunction60cases. Normal control group randomly selected60cases of hyperthyroidism in patients over the same period of non-thyroid, measured in all cases prealbumin levels.2.Select1December201231December2013in the provinces of Jiangsu Medicine Endocrinology hospitalized patients with hyperthyroidism were90cases of liver injury associated with, according to the method of treatment, divided into a control group of30patients in the combination therapy group (treatment group1).30cases of Chinese medicine treatment group (treatment group2)30cases. Clinical symptoms, thyroid immunological indicators of liver function, goiter, the degree of observation after treatment, and adverse reactions, compliance. All data using SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis. Results:correlation analysis:after the control group, hyperthyroidism hepatic damage statistical analysis, put forward the speculation:PA and ALT, FT3, FT4show a negative linear relationship.(2) the symptoms improve:Group comparison,0.5month after treatment compared with before treatment, the control be agitated, chest pain, dry and bitter mouth, insomnia and much dream, angular, defecate frequency symptoms improved from the previous (P<0.05), except to the treatment group1,2, goiter.2fatigue.symptoms were improved from the previous (P<0.05);3months after treatment compared with before treatment, except to the control group, palpitations did not see obvious improvement, residual symptoms from the previous were improved significantly (P<0.05);3months after treatment compared with0.5months after treatment, three groups of fatigue, chest pain, dry and bitter mouth, defecate frequency, tremor symptom were improved significantly (P<0.05).Comparison between groups,0.5months after treatment, the treatment groupl compared with control group, except to be agitated, defecate frequency, angular symptoms, other symptoms were significantly improved (P<0.05); Treatment group2compared with control group, except to be agitated, defecate frequency, angular, sweat evil heat symptoms, other symptoms were significantly improved (P<0.05); The treatment group compared with the treatment group2,1symptoms improved had no significant statistical difference (P>0.05).3months after treatment, symptoms comparison between three groups had no significant statistical difference (P>0.05).(3) TCM clinical symptom score:After treatment, the three groups were significantly improved symptoms (P<0.01) than before. Between the two groups, after3months treatment, compared with the control group, the score of the treatment group2is lower (P<0.05), the treatment groupl improved significantly statistical difference (P<0.01). Treatment group1compared with group2to improve the treatment effect is better, but there was no statistical differences (P>0.05) between the two groups.(4) laboratory index0.5months after treatment, three groups of PA than before treatment increased (P<0.05). ALT, AST, y-GT, ALP than before treatment decreased (P<0.05), which, in the control group and the treatment group1PA, ALT, y-GT; treatment group2ALT, AST, y-GT significant improvement than before treatment (P<0.01).3months after treatment, control group PA, ALT, AST, gamma GT, ALP is improved before and after0.5months treatment (P<0.05), the ALT compared woth before and after treatment0.5month, AST compared with before the treatment, gamma GTcompared with before and after the treatment0.5month significantly improved (P<0.01). Treatment group1PA, ALT, AST, ALP than before the treatment, the treatment group2PA, ALT, ALP was before and after treatment0.5months, the AST, gamma GT before the treatment to improve (P<0.05), the treatment group1ALT is before and after treatment0.5months, AST before the treatment, ALP is0.5months after treatment, the treatment group2ALT before and after treatmen0.5months. the AST, gamma GT than before treatment are significantly statistical difference (P<0.01).Comparison between groups,0.5months after treatment, compared with the control group. the treatment group1PA, ALT, AST. gamma GT, were statistically significant improved (P<0.05). Treatment group2compared with control group. PA increased obviously, was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment groupl compared with the treatment group2, treatment group1PA increased obviously, ALT, gamma GT decreased obviously (P<0.05).3months after treatment, the treatment group compared with control group PA rise,1have a statistically significant difference (P<0.01); ALT, AST, gamma GT, ALP reduction were statistically significant (P<0.05). Treatment group1compared with the treatment group2,PA, ALT. AST of treatment groupl are improved statistically significant (P<0.05).(5) Comparison of the efficacy of disease Efficacy of the treatment grouplwas significantly better than the control group (P<0.01).(6) Before and after treatment of liver function returned to normal time comparison:Treatment group1liver function recovery time and treatment group and the control group2compared statistically significant (P<0.05).(7) SafetyThere was no significant difference between the three groups security (P>0.05)Conclusion:(1) serum prealbumin levels of the patients who is Hyperthyroidism with hepatic injury were significantly lower.(2) serum prealbumin levels may be associated with liver damage restoration and recovery, help determine disease progression.(3) Application the treatment of smooth the liver Qi and nourish Yi be significantly alleviate liver damage in patients with hyperthyroidism symptoms and shorten the recovery time of liver function. Integrative treatment can shorten the course, to reduce the recurrence rate of some significance. the treatment of smooth the liver Qi and nourish Yi is safe, effective and without side effects.
