Clinical Research On LiangXueHuaYu Soup Combined With Huobahuagen Tablets Treating Children Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephrite With Heat And Stasis In Blood System

Objective:By comparing the changes of clinical symptoms and signs in children Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephrite before and after our treatment, objective evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of LiangXueHuaYu Soup combined with HuoBaHuaGen Tablets while treating children Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephrite show hematuria and proteinuria with Heat and stasis in Blood System. Observeing the rate of recurrence between two groups by follow-up visits as well.Methods:60cases of children suffering Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephrite show hematuria and proteinuria with Heat and stasis in Blood System. were divided into the treatment group and the control group with30cases in each group, using a randomized, case-control method at parallel level. The control group was treated by Oralling cetirizine syrup、vitamine C Tablets、 Dipyridamole Tablet and Huo Ba HuaGen Tablets.On this base,the treatment group was added to Liang Xue Hua Yu Soup.1.5months as a course, to observe two courses. To record the changes of the Comprehensive curative effects, primary and secondary efficacy indexes before treatment、the first and the second course. And follow up the children2months after the end of treatment, use statistical methods for analysis and processing.Results:①Comparison of the Comprehensive curative effects:6cases were completely cured,15cases significantly effective,10cases progressive, and only3case invalid in the treatment group, the total effective rate was90.00%.Meanwhile1case was completely cured,7cases significantly effective,16cases progressive, and6cases invalid in the control group, the total effective rate was80.00%. Chi-square analysis showed a significant difference (P<0.01).②Comparison of the major efficacy index:After1.5months, there was difference about purpura (P<0.05),but no significant difference about abdominal pain, joint pain and urine test between two groups (P>0.05); After three months, there was improvement of all major symptoms(P<0.05).③Comparison of the secondary efficacy index:Symptoms and signs were significantly improved such as spirit、diet, defecate, tongue and the tongue coating in the treatment group (P＜0.01). Similar in the control group, the spirit, tongue, tongue coating, pulse condition, defecate were improved compared with before (P<0.01, P<0.05), The others had no obvious change. Comparison between two groups, symptom integral of spirit、diet, defecate, tongue and the tongue coating were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group. It was tested by SPSS16.0that there was remarkable difference between two groups (P<0.01, P<0.05).④Comparison of recurrence rate:4cases were found recurrence in the treatment group after2months follow-up,11cases were found recurrence in the control group. By Chi-square test, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).⑤Safety Evaluation: Routine blood, blood biochemical tests,ECGof children were within normal limits whether before treatment or after.Conclusion:LiangXueHuaYu Soup combined with HuoBaHuaGen Tablets has a definite therapeutic effect on the treatment of children Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephrite show hematuria and proteinuria with Heat and stasis in Blood System.The method can improve the clinical symptoms and urine test,reduce the recurrence of the disease, no adverse reactions and cost less, worthy of clinical promotion.
