Objective:To observe the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis which via the effect of BushenDaozhuo Granule clinical research, and explore the effect of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis efficacy index, and Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules (Ha Le) as control, to investigate the therapeutic effect of BushenDaozhuo method in chronic non-bacterial; To study the relationship between prostate and "Extraordinary Fu-organ".Methods:Theoretical Study:Firstly, China biomedical literature database (CBM) access to relevant bibliographic retrieval. The "Jingzhuo","Extraordinary Fu-organ","chronic prostatitis" for search term selection subject retrieval, all the sub theme of the extended retrieval, obtained by eliminating bibliography, and research the literature obviously irrelevant literature and obtained the title list, then CNKI, VIP database (VIP), Wan Fang Chinese database to obtain the literature text. The Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine library search and selection of books of ancient physicians, medical case and collect the physicians of "jingzhuo" theory and carries on the reorganization analysis. Review of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for the new research progress of chronic prostatitis and the recognition of. Clinical study and extraordingary organs theory study on Bushen Daozhuo granule in the treatment of chronic non bacterial prostatitis is based on the theory of "Extraordinary Fu-organ".In theory research, a systematic review progress in understanding and study of traditional Chinese medicine, modern medicine for chronic prostatitis. In clinical research, from2013January to2014January chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (kidney deficiency and damp heat syndrome) patients211cases, randomly assigned by age range, then divided into treatment group and control group with131cases in each group, the treatment group treated received BushenDaozhuo Granule (1bag, bid); control group received Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules,(0.2mg, qd).OUTCOME MEASURES:treatment for4weeks, using American National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom score before and after treatment (NIH-CPSI) for the treatment, chronic prostatitis syndrome integrals, prostate palpate, prostate massage fluid (EPS) microscopy. The severity and efficacy evaluation of chronic prostatitis. The treatment effect of feedback, combined with literature, clear the prostate is " Extraordinary Fu-organ" theory.Result:BushenDaozhuo Granule and Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules can be effective for the treatment of chronic prostatitis in pain, urinary symptoms, quality of life, NIH-CPSI score were statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) BushenDaozhuo Granule to improve the NIH-CPSI score and improve the quality of life of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules and no significant difference in pain; and voiding remission have significant differences, BushenDaozhuo Granule in voiding symptoms than Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules;(3) BushenDaozhuo Granule have obvious difference on EPS scores before and after treatment (P<0.01). The control group did not improve the efficacy of EPS (P>0.05), BushenDaozhuo Granule can obviously improve the prostatic fluid in lecithin corpuscle, WBC.Conclusion:BushenDaozhuo Granule can be effectted in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, and reduce the NIH-CPSI score index scores, prostate fluid integral. BushenDaozhuo Granule may improve prostate local microcirculation, regulating immune system and regulating immunity aspects to play a role in the treatment.
