| Objective To observe the effect of visceral force responseinhibitionã€sedation and the influence on newborn of propofol in cesareandelivery under epidural anesthesia. Methods This was a prospective, randomized, singleï¼blind, Placecontrolled study. Epidural anesthesia patients undergoing electivecesarean delivery operation150cases, ASA grade I~II level, wererandomly divided into2groups, the propofol group (P) immediately beforepull peritoneal, pushed in peripheral vein quickly note1.5ml of2%lidocaine and1.5mg/kg propofol (10~20seconds), appropriately addpropofol (20~30mg) to keep quieting; Blank group (C), epiduralanesthesia without the use of fertility drugs. HRã€BPã€SPO2and BIS valueswere recorded at four time points:before administration, fetalchildbirth, cleaning up abdominal cavity, surgery before finish,at the sametime to observe if each group have hypotension nausea andvomiting, respiratory depression, visceral pain and other adversereactions.Newborns born after1,5,10min Apgar score each moment, record PH and Lac values。Results P group of BIS value and blood pressure compared withpreoperative declined obviously at T2ã€T3point, hypotension incidence was16%, compared with the control group was statistically significant; Internalpull pain no nausea and vomiting occurred inhibition rate of80%,compared with the control group were statistically significant。In the twogroups had no sinus slow respiratory inhibition adverse reactions, twogroups of newborn Apgar score and umbilical cord blood blood gasanalysis were no exception。Conclusion Under the premise of the rational dose of propofolã€choosing the appropriate drug delivery time〠closely monitoring andcontrolling the depth of sedationã€perfecting the prevention of respiratorydepression, when epidural anesthesia with cesarean section surgery have asignificant pain under spinal canal of block has obvious improvementeffect, intravenous propofol can provide good calm and analgesic action, improving the satisfaction of anesthesia for patient。 So, that can beregarded as a good remedial method of incomplete spinal canal anesthesia, maternal and infant has no been harmed obviously。... |
