Correlation Research Of P75NTR And TrkA In Cell Apoptosis After Early Cerebral Hemorrhage

Purpose:Investigate the expression of P75NTR and TrkA after early cerebral hemorrhage, andexplain the correlation with cell apoptosis.Methods:Collect varied part of tissue samples around the hematoma; the surface part of thehematoma was group A, and semi-dark zone was group B, the cortex was group C,both group A and B were experiment group, group C was the control; and we furthersubgrouped in the three groups according the bleeding time(>7h,<7h), bleedingvolume (>60ml,<60ml). Detect the expression level of P75NTR and TrkA by IHC atvaried part around hematoma; detect the apoptosis rate throug TUNEL; and explainthe time and spatial relationship between apoptosis and the expression of P75NTRand TrkA.Results:1, Apoptosis rate group A>group B>gorup C, detected by TUNEL; statistic analysis:A36.30%±2.83%，B22.55%±3.49%，C17.70%±2.62%，p<0.01.2, The nearer approach the surface of the hematoma, the higher expression ofP75NTR, the positive rate of P75NTR was group A>group B>gorup C,（х2=15.501v=2p<0.01）; the expression of P75NTR was consistent with the rate ofapoptosis, they were positive correlate （group A：r=0.6396，p=0.0024；group B：r=0.7889，p<0.0001；group C：r=0.8772，p<0.0001）;TrkA was expressed in everygroup, but there was no significance difference（х2=0.877v=2p>0.05）, no obvious correlation with apoptosis; the ratio of P75NTR/TrkA was higher in group A thanother two groups（F=4.851，p=0.011）.3, The expression of P75NTR was obviously stronger in group which bleeding time>7h（Z=-2.566p=0.01）, and bleeding volume>60m（lZ=-2.692p=0.007）. HoweverTrkA was showed no difference in these groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1,After HICH, the apoptosis was increased from far and near.2,After cerebral hemorrhage, P75NTR induced apoptosis in the environment whichTrkA was no activity or expressed low; the nearer approach the surface of thehematoma, the stronger of its apoptosis induction.3, There is difference for TrkA at early HICH, and no correlation with apoptosis.4,The ratio change of P75NTR/TrkA has an impact on the apoptosis after bleeding.
